Role & responsibilities

✓ Responsible for identifying potential Financial Consultants (FCs)

✓ Recruitment & On boarding FCs post all documentation

✓ Activating FCs after boarding,

✓ Getting FCs to deliver as per set goal sheet

✓ Maintain FCs portfolio as per persistency & other quality standards

✓ Maintain engagement levels with FCs

✓ Coach & mentor FCs

Preferred candidate profile

1-10 years of sourcing experience.

✓ Excellent Interpersonal skills

✓ Excellent job knowledge

✓ High Energy levels

✓ Self driven & dynamic personality

✓ Excellent communication skills
