Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance of commercial vehicle loans, car loan, auto loans, tractor loan, auto finance, car finance, car sales, four wheeler, and vehicle finance products.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and growth in the assigned region.
  
• Build strong relationships with dealerships and customers to drive business growth.
  
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new product offerings or promotions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in banking or NBFC industry with a focus on commercial vehicles (CV) financing.
  
• Strong understanding of CV loan products such as LAP (Loan Against Property), LC (Letter of Credit), OCS (Open Credit Scheme).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with dealerships and customers at all levels.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
