- Effective cost management. Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and tracking competitor activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning the selling strategies.
Mandatory skills :-
- Graduate
- 2-4 yrs experience in Mortgage business is a must.
- Good communication and pleasing personality.
- High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm.

All applications are not working properly, hence work not done on time. Customer not satisfied because delay work, work and life not balance. Target is very high hence no one will achieve in hins work life. No appraisal done properly of everyone. Incentive structure changed hence 70-80% employees are unable to take incentive.
