- Set ambitious, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) sales goals and quotas for the team.
- Recruit, hire, train, and onboard top-performing sales professionals.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and results-driven team culture.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Sales Operations & Analysis: Monitor and analyze key sales metrics (e. , revenue, conversion rates, customer lifetime value) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and forecast sales performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all sales policies, procedures, and regulations.
