Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet, profit & loss statement, and cash flow statement.
  
• Record journal entries accurately and timely to reflect business transactions.
  
• Perform intercompany reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
  
• Ensure compliance with GL accounting principles and company policies.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) role or similar position.
  
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, journal entries, and month-end reporting.
  
• Proficiency in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Candidates MUST be comfortable with Night shifts
