  R2R SME, Accounting and Commerce Graduate with 1+ years experience in R2R.

 Preferably handling Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Complex analysis, Journals, Intercompany accounting, Payroll accounting and Fixed Assets Accounting.

 The resource should posses good Accounting Knowledge, Financial system experience in Advanced Excel, Oracle, ARCS tool, good analytical skills, good communication skills in English.

 Review of client driven journals and posting the same in Oracle, review of reconciliation along with movement analysis and explanation as per agreed process, to investigate the open items, raise queries with respective teams and follow up for closure.

 Regular update and review of desktop procedures and get them signed off from the clients, creating effective back up for all activities performed, Monthly reconciliation.
