• Role & responsibilities

• Market planning & implementing activities
• Distributions build up including new sales channels
• Appointment distributors / channel partners / super stockiest in his area of operation.
• Handling Distributor & Super Stockiest.
• Sets business objectives for area of responsibility
• Achieving month wise sales target, planing month wise sales plan, forecasting and implementation of sales plan and objectives
• Stay Up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
• Responsible for daily & monthly reporting of self & sales team market Visit
• Responsible for leading a sales team
• Training and developing the team
• Regularly guide, coach & motivate his team to achieve the sales targets.
