Responsibilities:
1. Ability to understand the D2C & Fashion marketing landscape
2. Shape and communicate the uniqueness of their brand
3. Translate brand elements into creatives that drive recall & differentiation at each touchpoint
4. Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action"
5. Ability to work with external agency partners to deliver the above within budgets
6. Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications
7. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
8. Monitor market trends and competitors' activities
9. Create & manage the brand's annual marketing calendar
10. Devise innovative growth strategies
11. Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics
