Job Description

The idealcandidate will be a well-trained MBA graduate with a techno-commercial, Sales /BD professional mindset, with an aggressive yet pleasant attitude, a leader inmaking who will inspire and be willing to meet different and new people andkeen to travel/commute & achieve the set goals and targets.


Job Role
Researchon business opportunities, identify sales points, and develop strategic plansand sales strategies.
Coordinatingwith the Manager, creating strategic and innovative plans to drive business.
Responsiblefor creating new opportunities consistently & meeting opportunity goals.
Introducecompany services to new prospects/clients through networking, cold calls,referrals, presentations & sales campaigns.
Presentationsto the top-level personnel, negotiations & necessary dealing withprospective customers.
Reachingout to the SI / Dealers / Distributors to create new channel Partners.
Maintaining relationships with existing dealers/systemintegrators (SI) through periodic calls, Presales Support clientvisits & product demonstration, credentials pitch, solutionpitch, Bidding assistance, BOQ / BOM assistance, andEscalation resolution.
End toEnd sales cycle management from appointments with clients, client visits &product demonstration
Ensureeffective sales process management - lead generation, credentials pitch,solution pitch, a rigorous follow-up to achieve the favourable closure andconversion of the lead & finally handover to the account management team.
Enhancingthe dealer network & sales through them, through new dealers\u2019 appointments,cross-selling, sales campaigns etc.
Manageand maintain accurate and accessible tailored documentation i.e. Presentations/proposalsto meet client\u2019s needs.
Developing,maintaining and maturing the sales pipeline by rigorously driving the leadcycle.



Requirements


RequiredSkills
Fresherscan apply; prior experience will be appreciated.
Passionfor sales and strong technical inclination to understand software products.
TechnicalEducation Background MBA with BCA / B.Sc. Computers or IT / MCA / BE EC /CS as under graduation would be given preference.
Excellentverbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
Ability tounderstand Clients needs and offer the right solutions.
