The Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving the revenue generation for the organization. This position is essential as it involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities - Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about competitor activity and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer loyalty.
- Document sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Set and achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Provide feedback to management on product positioning and sales strategies.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new sales team members.
- Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss performance and strategies.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a persuasive personality.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to analyze data and sales metrics.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid drivers license.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategies to lead to increased sales.
