Job Description

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic and ambitious business development managers to join our team and build a strong portfolio of B2B clients for bulk orders. To be successful as a business development executive, you should be decisive, approachable and have a keen interest in solving problems for clients. An outstanding business development personnel will keep a close eye on end-to-end cycle including clients feedback to ensure that our products & services always meet their expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Identify trends and customer needs building a short/medium/long term business pipeline in order to meet financial goals.
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  • Reviewing clients feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Requirements:
  • Excellent understanding of B2B sales & relationship building.
  • Diploma/Degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Extensive sales experience.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Neat, we'll-groomed appearance.
  • Great networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
  • Sense of urgency to plan, execute and improve.
  • Good leadership qualities & team spirit.
