Overview of the role

We are seeking an exceptional individual in the role of Graphics and Motion Designer to join our marketing team where they will focus on the production and adaptation of engaging marketing assets, to various formats and sizes. You will be responsible for the production of static and motion assets tied to, but not limited to, marketing campaigns across the Salad Days portfolio. You will be an integral part of every stage in the creative process, from conceptualization to the final cut.

Job Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Photoshoots: Plan and direct photoshoots for creative projects.
• Printed Materials: Design posters, banners, and other offline assets.
• Social Creatives: Design visuals for social media platforms.
• Campaign Assets: Collaborate on unique campaign identities and mood boards.
• Emailers: Create visually appealing email designs.
• Animations: Develop motion graphics and video content.

Skills and Expertise

• Design Mastery: Strong in color, typography, layout, and trends.
• Visualize Designs: Create cohesive and appealing visuals for various platforms.

Execution and Communication

• Design Briefs: Clarify requirements to develop clear and actionable briefs.
• Meet Deadlines: Deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Job Requirements

• bachelors or masters degree in a related design discipline or Relevant work experience.
• 2-3 years of Graphic Design experience.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite; Sound command on Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustration, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
• Demonstrated understanding of design skills in composition, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy. A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality. You are an artist first and foremost!
