Warehouse Executive

As a Warehouse Executive at Salad Days, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, quality control, and team management. This role is crucial in ensuring that operational standards meet the demands of supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Manage par level stocks to avoid stockouts and ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Supervise the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods, maintaining high-quality standards and operational efficiency.
• Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders according to FIFO methods and expiration date considerations.
• Maintain a high level of order accuracy to minimize returns and outlet complaints.
• Implement strict quality checks for incoming and outgoing products, ensuring compliance with company specifications and brand standards.
• Conduct physical checks of all stock items regularly, updating inventory records in the computer system and aligning physical stock with system records.
• Oversee the maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene in the stockroom, conducting regular cleaning audits to ensure the integrity of inventory.
• Prepare and distribute discrepancy, slow-moving, and non-moving items reports to supply chain management (SCM) periodically.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the food service industry or a related sector.
• Proven track record of managing inventory and improving process efficiencies.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication skills for managing teams and reporting to senior management.
