Warehouse Executive

To assist dispatch assistants in prioritizing the calls and deliveries on the basis of urgency of delivery

To supervise prompt dispatch of the orders received within the specified time line of the organization

To collect and provide the information to dispatch assistants for onward transmission to field staff regarding orders, traffic routes, traffic obstacles if any

To review the data of each order and dispatch status in the computer system

Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirement

To review the call logs in the log book

To receive the order calls and to record the same in the register/computer system

To prioritize the calls on the basis of urgency of delivery

To ensure proper packing of the products as per the standards of the organization

To ensure proper hygiene at the times

To arrange for prompt dispatch of the orders received within the specified time line of the organization

To provide the information to field staff regarding orders, traffic routes, traffic obstacles if any

To enter the data of each order and dispatch in the computer system

To maintain the call logs in the log book

o inform to supervisor any critical incidents and problems faced during execution of orders

Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Excel
