Marketing Manager

Job Description

• Maintain brand integrity across all marketing communications & channels
• Plan and execute strategies for all marketing communication on all channels from on ground to online and social media
• Understand the customer base and design effective retention campaigns, understand potential target market and come up with relevant strategies to develop business opportunities
• Manage agency partners
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
• Competitor and customer insight analysis
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand penetration
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
• Manage new branch launches
• In-charge for all internal and external communications of the company, ensuring messages are relevant, consistent and engaging
