Position: Executive - Corporate Finance

Qualification: MCOM / CA INTER

Years of experience- MCOM with 3 to 7 years, CA Inter with 3-5 years of work experience.

Nature of experience: Financial / Management Accounting and Reporting / Audit

Scope of work:

1. Indec Accounting/audit/invoicing:

2. Preparing invoicing working file in coordination with INDEC Line managers/HR/Admin

3. Raising of Invoices on monthly basis, raising of CN/DN

4. Reconciliation and invoice raising of travel and other cost recovery on regular basis

5. Collections/follow up with customers, disposal instruction to bank

6. Monthly closing in coordination with FSSC, Variance Analysis, monthly reporting of business KPI

7. Reviewing and approving vendor invoices and Debit notes

8. Overseeing hedging activities and preparing related reports

9. Providing necessary support on Adhoc requirements from business management teams

10. Raising and closure of CAR in SAP

11. Preparing and analyzing working capital reports.
