Role & responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing:
• Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Screening and Interviewing:
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate fit for specific roles.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate on candidate selection.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Job Postings:
• Draft compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms.
• Monitor and update job postings to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.

Preferred candidate profile

• Relevant experience of 2-3 years in hiring
• Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or with a staffing agency.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
