Position- Manager-Pharmacy & Store

Experience- 10+ years

Qualification- B.Pharm/M.Pharm + MBA

Location- Nashik

Responsibilities-

• To give approval for preparation of Manual Bills and analyze manual bills data on a weekly basis
• To control outside medicine purchases by obtaining necessary approvals, play a key role in convincing & sale conversion, weekly monitoring & analysis of data
• To define PTS/PTO, and conduct daily monitoring and analysis & take preventive actions
• To monitor movement of cost effective brands
• To analyze consultant wise revenue & conduct meetings with consultant based on the analysis
• To monitor prescription bounce cases very carefully and take preventive steps.
• To review such cases with the team on a daily basis, to meet consultants to understand their needs and avoid such occurrences
• To monitor adherence to indent pattern & schedule and process inter unit transfers likewise to remove excess or non-moving stock in coordination with unit pharmacy.
• To monitor PO TAT and maintain at 100% within 48hrs
• To complete GRAs within 48hrs & process un booked GRA Report on daily basis
• To define safety stock, to initiate removal of non-moving and expired inventory on monthly basis , to analyze the same and review periodically
• To control outside medicine purchases by obtaining necessary approvals, play a key role in convincing & sale conversion, weekly monitoring & analysis of data
• To conduct internal self-assessment audits Storage, NABH, Material Flow, Inventory, Legal compliance
• To face all internal & external Audits FDA, NABH, etc.
• To present data in DTC & QIC
• To follow escalation matrix to raise issues.
• To develop new policies & processes to improve pharmacy efficiency
• To initiate daily & quarterly stock verification & get approval on stock variance
• To initiate inter & Intra departmental meeting to discuss improvement plans
• To initiate Supplier Performance analysis & share data with central purchase department
• To monitor adherence to SOPs & policies in all sub stores and make scheduled visits
• To identify need of trainings & plan the same.
• To analyze Customer Satisfaction Index on daily basis.
• To ensure adherence to NDPS processes & legal compliance
• To carry out any other work assigned by the management
