Role & responsibilities

• Making PO & GRN, Approve.
• To make Rate contract with company.
• Build and maintain string relationships with suppliers.
• Develop and implement purchasing Strategies for pharmaceutical product and supplies.
• daily order against request of sub store.
• Coordinate with account department.
• Maintain Monthly PO book entry register.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost saving.
• Product negotiate with company as per requirement.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies with order and deliveries.
• Sort Supplierwise medicine and return all to supplier.
• Send non moving and breakage to supplier.
• Check daily GRN Manually.
