Account Receivables

Responsibilities:

1. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.

2. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

3. Maintain accurate records of transactions and payments.

4. Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries or concerns.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes.

6. Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable.

7. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.

8. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar role.

3. Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

6. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

7. Knowledge of healthcare billing processes (preferred).

8. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
