Accounts Receivable Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Execute collection activities and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with collection executives across various offices in India to address payment issues.
• Assist in the implementation and adherence to credit control policies and procedures.
• Support regional offices in maintaining consistency and compliance with credit control standards.
• Engage in routine performance checks to identify areas for improvement and report findings to the senior management.
• Work closely with regional managers and other departments to resolve escalated credit and collection issues.
• Provide assistance and solutions for customer inquiries and escalations related to credit and collections.
• Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance collection processes and reduce overdue accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and prepare regular reports for management.

Preferred candidate profile

• English Communication (Verbal and Written) is a must
• Must have hands - on experience in Tally software
• Has knowledge of Advance Excel
