Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Support marketing activities through mailing and cold calling
• Maintain reports and update management on the status of prospects
• Generate leads through outbound calls
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Coordination with port offices, customers ,and management regarding the order
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define audiences
• Coordinate overall order execution
• Assist in payment collection
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
