Audit Assistant

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns accurately within deadlines.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of GSTR annual returns.
• Support income tax audit processes and help with the preparation of returns.
• Prepare and file TDS returns, ensuring accurate deductions and timely submissions.
• Maintain and organize financial records required for audits and compliance.
• Stay updated on changes in GST, TDS, and income tax regulations to ensure adherence.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather data and external auditors for compliance reviews.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data to maintain accuracy.

Preferred candidate profile

• Prior experience in audit assistance or a similar role.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation.
