Operations Executive

Role & responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with vendors, transporters, shipping lines, and yards daily to ensure smooth operations.
- Act as a liaison between customers, the sales and marketing team, and other internal departments to execute orders accurately and efficiently.
- Collect and organize basic documents required for container processes.
- Generate and analyze MIS reports to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the ERP system to ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry and reporting.
- Oversee shipping operations to ensure timely delivery and proper handling of goods.
- Handle other basic operations tasks related to the port as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidate should be having intermediate English communication skills

- Candidate should have hands-on expereience in making and maintaining reports

- Candidate should have hands on experience in MS Excel
