SLTL Group - Zonal Sales Manager (5-10 yrs)

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve zonal revenue targets.. Identify and onboard new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

- Explore new market segments and business opportunities within the assigned region.

- Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:. Conduct customer visits, presentations, and demonstrations of laser machines.

- Provide technical guidance and consultation to clients regarding machine selection and application. Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

- Provide sales training and technical guidance to the team.. Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring targets are met.

- Market Research & Competitor Analysis:. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.. Provide feedback to the management on market dynamics and customer demands.

- Sales Operations & Reporting: Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.

- Collaborate with internal teams (service, production, and finance) to ensure smooth order execution.
