We are hiring for Manager Operations for US Healthcare operations in Order entry work .

Looking for some one with good experience in US healthcare from RCM industry and willing to work in Order entry and Payment posting .

Job Title: Manager Operations

Location: Indore

Reports To: DGM Opera rations

Experience: 10+ years

Industry: US Healthcare RCM .

Qualification: Any graduate (10th +2+3)

Shifts: Night shift


Job Summary: The Manager of Order Entry , charge entry and payment position , responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate processing of all orders within the DME department. This role ensures that all customer orders are entered correctly into the system, the documentation is accurate, and the orders are processed in compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards. The manager will supervise a team of order entry specialists, provide training and support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal customer satisfaction. This position requires availability for night shifts, including graveyard shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end order entry process for all DME products, ensuring that orders are entered accurately and efficiently into the system. Ensure proper documentation and verify insurance information, patient eligibility, and order details.
  • Payment Posting: Monitor and manage the payment posting process, ensuring that all payments received from insurance companies, patients, or other entities are accurately posted to the corresponding accounts.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of order entry specialists, providing coaching, training, and support to enhance team performance and ensure timely order processing.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure that all order entries, charge entries, and payment postings comply with relevant healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines) and organizational policies. Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality in these processes.
  • Customer Interaction: Act as a point of escalation for customer issues related to order entry, charge entry, and payment posting, resolving discrepancies, handling order issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline the order entry, charge entry, and payment posting processes, reduce errors, and improve overall efficiency within the DME department.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Monitor and report on order entry, charge entry, and payment posting performance metrics such as volume, error rates, and turnaround time. Provide regular reports to senior management and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, billing, customer service, and delivery teams to ensure seamless processing and delivery of DME orders.
  • Training & Development: Conduct ongoing training for team members to stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and technologies relevant to the DME order entry process, including charge entry and payment posting.

Shifts:

  • This position requires night shifts, including graveyard shifts. Flexibility to work during non-standard hours is required to ensure 24/7 coverage and timely order processing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in the industry
  • 10+ years of experience in overall, at least 6 years of experience from US Healthcare RCM background.
  • Proficiency in RCM vertical in provider , preferable experience in order entry , change entry , payment posting
  • Any RCM experienced people who are willing to work order entry and payment posting is eligible to apply.
  • Good exposure in client management
  • strong exposure in operations and large team management
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with process improvement and problem-solving in an operational environment.
