Manager Compliance

Job Purpose:

The Compliance Manager supports the Compliance Officer in developing, implementing, and managing the organization's compliance program. This includes assisting in monitoring regulatory compliance, managing compliance audits, conducting training, and addressing compliance issues. The Compliance- Manager collaborates with various departments to promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

2. Support the Compliance Officer in advising the organization on regulatory changes and necessary actions.

3. Help maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

4. Plan the internal audit and area to be covered.

5. Assisting the report submission to the management

6. Assisting with IFC audit, review the Risk Control Matrix and suggest changes.

7. Created the process documents being followed in the Legal and compliance

8. Maintaining the Secretarial Practice records other than the BM

9. Maintaining the legal and compliance Share Point on Intranet

10. Schedule new employee training for all new employees/interns/temps/consultants and continuing education programs for employees

11. Helping with formatting of presentations, spreadsheets, and word documents

12. Review the policy and identify the actionable to effectively implement the policy.

13. Maintaining a policy tracker to monitor the periodic review of the policy.

14. Assisting in launching the policy.

15. Updating the Compliance checklist for each business function

16. Reviewing the compliance checklist and any gap

17. Assisting in ROC and Company Law Compliance

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Functional Knowledge & skills-

• 4-5 years of experience in the Compliance Administration
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy including MS word skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Ability to work in a planned manner.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualifications CA / CS +LLB with 6+ years of experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• The person should be good at audit and control audit.
• Corporate experience will be preferred however open to hire from Corporate & firms
• Interpersonal Effectiveness Effectively engages with others by understanding their feelings and communicating this awareness empathetically.
