Lean Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Lean Leader for the MRO Site
• Develop and Implement continuous improvement strategy based on Safrans Hoshin Kanri matrix.
• Drive LEAN mindset and identify/eliminate waste and inefficiencies through focus on lean bay design ,layout and standard work combinations.
• Coach and mentor cross functional teams on Kaizen , Daily shop management and various problem solving methods.
• Work with cross functional teams to create and maintain standard work , 5S and TPM .
• Prepare and deliver trainings on key lean principles and methodologies to all new employees.
• Facilitate Kaizen events to reduce cycle time and sustain SQDCIP targets.
• Process KPIs, metrics tracking.
• Identify areas where digital tools may improve processes and execute their implementation.
• Partner with operation leaders to ensure combined business targets are being appropriately communicated and prioritized.
• Partner with the organization's staff members to drive accountability for achieving KPI targets and other business metrics.
• Provide strong guidance and contribution to entire team to increase effectiveness in standard work to achieve organization targets
• Conduct Layered process Audit during EIS projects
• Communicate lean road map progress to all levels of the organization

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Science /Engineering
• Lean Six Sigma Certifications
• Hands on Problem solving ,VSM, Kaizen coaching ,3P events.
• Demonstrated experience in lean transformation through Lean tool applications.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching cross functional teams in complex problem solving
• Excellent human skills (Communication , Can Do attitude)
• Flexibility and quick change accommodation
