Maintenance Performance Engineer

Mission

Maintenance Performance Engineer is responsible for machine and equipment Corrective Maintenance and Process Engineering within the desired timelines.

Role & responsibilities

1. To carry out Electrical and Electronics Related Issue.
2. To help and support Engineering Team for SIEMENS Controller.
3. Arrange / Provide Training For Maintenance Technician with Supplier.
4. Creating an updating equipment maintenance plans
5. Developing conditional and predictive maintenance plans
6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track maintenance performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Implementing best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
8. Provide technical expertise and support to maintenance teams.
9. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards
10. Exploiting and developing the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

Skills / Qualifications

1. B.Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineer with 3~5 years experience.
2. Specialize with SIEMENS Controller
3. Machine & Equipment knowledge
4. Planning & Organizing abilities
5. Communication with concern department
6. Risk Management knowledge
7. Experience in Maintenance Department
8. Project management skills
9. Leadership and Interpersonal skills
