Manager Security

Role & responsibilities

• Define rules aiming at protecting the people, material and intangible assets against security risks.
• Manage and control deployment of security solutions and group security rules. Apply the Group Security Policy at a plant level.
• Manage security incidents and define remediation plans. Issue alerts and information on the evolution of security threats.
• Contribute to the plant business continuity, by limiting the impact of any security event likely to disrupt or even interrupt the functioning of the activities.
• Stringently satisfy all legal and regulatory requirements. Set up, update and implement a security action plan.
• Put in place the means to safeguard the physical integrity of the entity, in cooperation with facility stakeholders.
• Anticipate risks and threats. Draw up and update a security risk map. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of mechanisms implemented.
• Maintain relations with local authorities (police, administration etc.), supervision bodies and institutional consulting bodies.
• Raise awareness among all personnel on-site, conduct training, awareness & communication.
• Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts. Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions.
• Conduct security induction of all new personals joining the company and periodic awareness session to the existing employees.
• Preventive maintenance of security means along with regular checkup.
• Periodic training of security guards for safety, security, patrolling guide and fire protection equipment handlings.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with 16+ years of experience
• Telugu Speaking is must
• Building management system
• Security systems and solutions
• Fire protection systems, and alarming systems
• CCTV surveillance systems, proximity, intrusion alarm systems
