Complete power supply and distribution system for the proposed facilities including but not limited to

a) Power supply to proposed marine loading/unloading arms

b) Power supply, Control & load monitoring system for Quick release mooring hooks

c) Supply and Installation of High mast, street lighting poles and fixtures and cable trays for illumination of liquid jetty including approach to meet the required lux levels.

d) Power supply to High mast and street lighting for illumination of liquid jetty and approach. All lights except high mast shall be flameproof.

e) Power supply to fire alarm system

f) Installation of CCTV and power supply to CCTV surveillance system with Milestone licences.

g) Lighting and other electrical works for proposed building

h) Supply and installation of Electrical equipment in the electrical room including HT & LT panel boards

i) Supply and laying of required no. of cables from the power source (existing substation SS3) to the proposed electrical room, and proposed facilities/equipment and integration of the system.

j) Necessary modification in the 11KV switch Board at the SS-3 substation and adding one 11KV VCB breaker feeder.

k) Un interrupted power supply (UPS) system with 1 hour Battery Backup

l) CCTV System

m) Access Control system

n) Battery chargers & Battery

o) Welding & Power sockets

p) Compressor

q) P&V system for Electrical room

r) Siren

s) Data & Voice system

t) Communication (EPABX) system

u) Environmental monitoring system

v) Instrumentation system

w) Earthing Works

x) Lightning protection system

y) Planning & scheduling of shutdown of power to tap supply from the SS-3 11 kV Feeder and accessing any other interface requirement.

z) Interfacing with the existing communication, CCTV, Telephone and other related system.

The scope of work shall be read in conjunction with the technical specification, Design Basis report, Single line diagram, Civil/Architectural drawings which all are part of this scope of work.
