Job Description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, focusing on positions such as SOC Analyst, Sr SOC Analyst, Cybersecurity Experts, etc.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
Conduct interviews and assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Provide guidance to candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate progress and feedback.
Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting, particularly in the cybersecurity domain.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within the IT or cybersecurity sectors.
Familiarity with cybersecurity terminology, roles, and technologies (e.g., Incident response, SOC Operation, network security).
Strong sourcing skills using job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and networking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical candidates.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
