Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Technical Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and hiring the best talent in the tech industry, with a focus on cybersecurity-related roles. If you have a strong background in technical recruiting and experience or exposure to cybersecurity, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our recruitment strategy and help build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, focusing on positions such as SOC Analyst, Sr SOC Analyst, Cybersecurity Experts, etc.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide guidance to candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate progress and feedback.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting, particularly in the cybersecurity domain.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within the IT or cybersecurity sectors.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity terminology, roles, and technologies (e.g., Incident response, SOC Operation, network security).
• Strong sourcing skills using job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical candidates.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
