Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Forcepoint DLP projects, ensuring successful delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
Solution Design & Deployment:
Architect DLP solutions tailored to client requirements, including policy design, system integration, and deployment.
Perform advanced configuration and customization of Forcepoint DLP to meet compliance and data protection requirements.
Conduct assessments of existing environments and recommend enhancements to strengthen data security.
Technical Expertise:
Provide deep technical expertise in Forcepoint DLP features, modules, and integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post-deployment.
Ensure system performance and availability through proactive monitoring and optimization.
Training & Enablement:
Develop and deliver training programs for client teams, enabling them to use and manage Forcepoint DLP solutions effectively.
Create comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, SOPs, and best practices guides.
Compliance & Governance:
Advise clients on DLP industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
Assist in creating and maintaining data classification policies and workflows.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in DLP and cybersecurity.
Recommend new tools and techniques to enhance DLP effectiveness and operational efficiency.
