Job Description

Conduct regular audits of project teams to ensure adherence to established processes and best practices.

Identify process deviations and recommend corrective actions.

Audit support departments like HR, IT, and Finance for compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Verify alignment with organizational goals and quality objectives.

Document audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and present them to stakeholders

Track and monitor the closure of audit findings and action items.

Act as the primary point of contact between the process team and senior management or external auditors.

Lead the organization through certification and re-certification processes of certification like PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, etc..

Collaborate with external auditors and consultants during assessments.

Identify inefficiencies or gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements.

Conduct workshops or training sessions to improve team awareness of processes and compliance requirements.

Explore and implement tools or techniques to streamline auditing and compliance tasks.
