Executive - Modern Trade

Base location - Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and drive sales of Modern retail accounts.
• Develop sales strategies to increase market penetration and drive hyper business growth through promoters.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
• Plan and execute sales activities to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with with hypermarket store stakeholders to ensure effective execution of plans.
• Visit all hyper stores to maintain relationships with store personnel, manage display and account recon.
• Lead the team of Promoters to deliver success at the point of sale .

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have 2-5 years of experience of Modern trade experience in consumer durables / dealer network driven organizations.
• Ability to inspire colleagues and training them, system / market knowledge, ability to handle dealers, analytical / leadership skills.
• Self driven, Good analytical skills with a strong sense of commitment and ownership of responsibilities. Ability to take initiative and work independently, as & when required.
• Must be above board in terms of financial & personal integrity.
