Responsibilities
1. Assist the Key Account Manager (KAM) in developing business & infra for the assigned portfolio of MT and E-commerce customers.
2. Implement targeted sales and marketing activities as per business plans within assigned territories.
3. Track and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, aiming to exceed expectations in both MT and E-commerce segments.
4. Identify and evaluate market trends, competition activities, and emerging opportunities within MT and E-commerce spaces.
5. Regularly report on competitor activities and industry shifts to guide strategic decision-making.
6. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of field teams in assigned zones to ensure effective on-ground implementation.
7. Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth stock availability, coordinating based on forecasts and market demand.
8. Supervise and drive merchandising initiatives to enhance brand visibility across MT outlets and E-commerce platforms.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including MT retailers and E-commerce partners, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
10. Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory.
