IT Executive | Kishangarh

• At least 4+ year(s) of working experience in the IT field is required for this position.
• Professional Certificate/ NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Preferably specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin, IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
• Maintaining the Company's IT network, servers, and security systems.
• Network cable punching ,crimping and basic network troubleshooting
• L1 level support and L2 level support for hardware and software and networking for user .
• Knowledge networking DHCP, static IP and general networking protocol and ports
• Knowledge of storm shield firewall, managed, unmanaged switch and POE switch
• Knowledge of Microsoft Server 2019 and 2022 and Hyper-V
• Administration of user accounts and optimize email hosting storage.
• Maintain and manage Company IT asset, inventory, and software management.
• Source and coordinate with vendor for IT equipment, services or solutions and maintenance if needed.
• Liaise with CCTV vendors for installation and troubleshooting if needed.
• computer networks - installing, configuring, and maintaining computers in large organisations.
• desktop support - providing direct user assistance.
