Deputy Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
• Oversee content creation for social media, websites, brochures, and advertising materials.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
• Collaborate with external agencies for branding, advertising, and public relations.
• Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
• Track campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize marketing spend.
• Work closely with the sales and presales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and advertising strategies.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
