Role: Head Brand & Marketing

Responsibilities

1. Draw up the marketing strategy and plans for Epoch, including all aspects of digital, on-ground activities, which steers lead generation

2. Drive the brand building activities to enhance Epochs overall equity

3. Lead the department to ensure seamless and timely execution of all brand & marketing activities

4. Use tangible metrics to measure the impact of all activities and assess against goals

5. Find opportunities to make an impact, drive innovations, implement holistic campaigns encompassing digital, visibility, on-ground activation, PR, along with the marketing team

6. Be the brand custodian. Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms

7. Be the key department SPOC with all relevant communication and PR agencies

8. Monitor and manage the marketing budget

9. Lead and mentor the marketing department team

10. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or business management (MBA preferred)

2. 10-13 years of experience in various aspects of marketing and lead generation specially on-ground activations and PR

3. Managed and controlled budgets

4. Experience in project management and multi-tasking

5. Ability to think out-of-the-box and innovate

6. Managed different marketing agency partners

7. Strong people management skills and teamwork. Handled a team

8. Good communication skills

9. Proficient in MS Office Suite, specially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Google Analytics
