Female Personal Secretary

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact between our Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
• Drafting documents, emails, and content using ChatGPT or similar tools for enhanced efficiency and accuracy
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives.
• Handle requests and queries from various stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Manage our Chairmans diary and schedule his meetings and appointments.
• Make travel arrangements for our Chairman as and when required.
• Take dictation and minutes of meeting as per requirement.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Someone with proven work experience as a Personal Assistant to a CXO / MD / CEO.
• Someone with good knowledge of general office management systems and processes, and up-to-date knowledge of latest office gadgets, applications and technologies.
• Someone with proficiency in usage of MS Office.
• Someone who is well versed in the use of English for regular communication (verbal and written). Knowledge of Telugu and Hindi would also be preferable, but not mandatory.
• Someone with a good educational background with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Someone with the ability to multitask and prioritize their own daily workload.
• Someone who can maintain a high level of integrity and discretion while handling all confidential information that they come across.
• Someone with a genial, pleasing and Good looking personality overall.
