Channel Partner Sourcing Head

Job Summary:
The Channel Partner Sourcing Head is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners to drive sales for real estate projects. The role focuses on building strong relationships, enhancing partner engagement, and achieving revenue targets through effective partner management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners to expand the sales network.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales through partners.
• Drive revenue by ensuring effective deal closures via channel partners.
• Provide training, support, and incentives to enhance partner performance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications:
