This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping our procurement initiatives to enhance health and wellness in every home. Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Leadership:
- Craft and execute innovative procurement strategies aligned with our mission.
- Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities and process efficiencies.
2.Supplier Partnerships:
- Forge and maintain strong, beneficial relationships with key suppliers.
- Secure favorable contracts and ensure top-tier supplier performance.
3.Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, ensuring full compliance and streamlined processes.
- Implement cutting-edge procurement systems and tools.
4.Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with finance, legal, and other departments to align procurement with business goals.
- Integrate procurement strategies with company-wide objectives.
5.Cost and Risk Optimization:
- Leverage market insights to make cost-effective and risk-averse procurement decisions.
- Ensure high quality and cost efficiency in procurement activities.
6.Contract Management:
- Manage all aspects of procurement contracts, from drafting to compliance and renewals.
7.Continuous Improvement:
- Drive process improvements and adopt industry best practices.
- Lead initiatives for procurement automation and digital transformation.
8.Performance Reporting:
- Provide actionable insights through detailed procurement reports and KPI tracking.
9.Team Leadership:
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
10.Budget and Forecasting:
- Oversee procurement budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Ensure procurement activities align with financial goals.
11.Cross-department Coordination:
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure procurement supports all business activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Extensive experience in strategic procurement and supplier management.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency with procurement software and systems.
- Knowledge in mechanical, metallurgy, and engineering sectors is advantageous.
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Familiarity with 5S and lean management practices.
