Position Overview:

As a Sourcing Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and securing residential real estate opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our business goals and contribute to the growth of our residential portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and onboard channel partners, brokers, and agencies for real estate sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sourcing partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
• Conduct market research to identify potential sourcing opportunities and expand the partner network.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with brokers/agencies, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with company goals.
• Monitor partner performance, provide regular feedback, and implement improvement strategies to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales teams to forecast demand and align sourcing efforts with project goals.
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards and company policies in all sourcing activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent. MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in sourcing, or a similar role within the real estate sector, preferably residential. Banking and Telecom experience of 1-2 years will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of the residential real estate market and investment principles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and market trends to inform decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate analysis software.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
