Job Description

We are looking out for a Coordinator, Production to join our team in Goa.
How Youll Help Us Connect the World:
- Release works orders from Master Production Schedule to various productions to ensure product availability in line with customer orders.
- Creates schedules for production areas (master production schedule) and suppliers (MRP call-off purchase orders), to match actual customer demand, ensuring that material and production resources are effectively used.
- Provides immediate feedback and resolve any delay or shortage directly with vendor well in time to avoid any production losses.
- Will need to be able to handle multiple responsibilities at one time and must be able to deal effectively with people using a facilitative approach.
- Works with Production team to ensure that departmental goals are achieved.
- Generates reports pertaining to forecasts, inventory, trends. May be asked to disseminate and/or present these reports to team members.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- Degree or Diploma in related curriculum such as Engineering.
- Preferably 2+ years of related experience.
- Should have the skill and knowledge of manufacturing/production operations with proven track record to function in a leadership role.
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have proficiency in SAP as it relates to planning of material and supervise production schedule.
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel and Word
