Focus on setting up and executing PM schedules, breakdown maintenance, setting up new machinery / new lines, keeping track of engineering spares. How youll help us connect the world
Implement and execute preventive maintenance programs.
Review and improve the spare parts program.
Provide engineering support to resolve breakdowns efficiently.
Focus on improvements to enhance MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).
Train technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Conduct RCAs (Root Cause Analyses) and FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analyses) regularly.
Develop solutions to eliminate recurring issues and address process-related queries.
Control and reduce maintenance costs.
Adhere to departmental KPIs and update maintenance dashboards.
Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations.
Mechanize maintenance activities.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Develop SPMs (Special Purpose Machines) to improve operational efficiency.
Follow and enforce all safety norms and maintain high 5S standards.
Maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Set and achieve objectives and goals.
Required Qualifications for Considerations
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Preferrably 6+ years of overall experience, with preferrably some experience in fiber optics connector manufacturing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge of mechanical and electrical installation standards.
Proficiency in CBM tools (e.g., vibration monitoring, thermography).
