Major Roles & Responsibilities: Planning of Equipment spare parts : Checking the availability of equipment critical spare parts & procurement (Quotation, making PR & follow ups) TFT (Task Force Team) participation: Involving in cross functional task force team to improve Safety, Productivity, Quality Safety system Management: Engaging manpower to participate in Safety training, awareness programs, Safety permits / Trainings, Safety meetings, Mock drills, PHA Reviews Holiday & Shutdown work planning; Planning & Execution Holiday activities - Spares & other materials arrangement, Coordination with vendor Management of AMC; Attendance control, Holiday manpower confirmation as per contract & Preventive Maintenance New project / Equipment management; Production, Quality & M.E. team coordination for new machine / new project installation, Execution of Aging equipment renovation, Solving productivity affecting problems Breakdown Management; Facilitating for major breakdown, Equipment specifications, Business plan parameter achievement; Energy saving related activities & approval from management, OS&D (Over Stay & Damage) reduction related activities follow up, Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) & Mean Time between Failure (MTBF) improvement activities Tools management; Special tools planning & procurement based on feedback of preventive System audit adherence; Execution of ISO 9001 system requirement activities, Conducting Equipment audit, Preventive Maintenance system; Maintenance yearly plan, Overseas breakdown countermeasure implementation, Root cause analyzing for the breakdown, Execution of special inspection campaign, Equipment related activities updation, New Machine inspection & Maintenance yearly plan (MYP) framing in existing system Manpower Management; shift manpower - vacancy follow, flexi manpower management, Execution of Members Skill Up Training Plan Education: B.E [Mechanical / Automobile / Production] Relevant /Total Experience: 3-5 Yrs.
