Maintenance - Passenger Car - Store Incharge - Paint Shop

Major Roles & Responsibilities: Maintenance Material [Inward movement to stores] : Technical Write up document, Availability of same spares to be checked, Reviewing of Min-Max setting in stock room, Budget (R&M, Consumable & AMC) used Purchase request planning, (Goods Receipt Inspection Report) to be prepared for initiating payment clearance, Checking of monthly stock & monitoring, Third party audit coordination, Coordination with M.E. team before & during installation of machines Maintenance Material [Outward movement from Stores] : Monitoring of spared given to other shop, Creating work order in coordination with Cell Leader / Shift in charge, Reviewing of stores register (daily), Checking Physical availability of existing stock, Scrapping of removed material, Tagging & keeping of serviced & Removed spares Material follow up :Ppending gate pass & follow up on monthly basis, Purchase order released status, Listing of material delivery status Stock Room - Management Information System: Monthly stores report, Listing of Obsolete spare parts, MM (Material Management) module report on monthly basis, Capex items list maintained and monitored, Quarterly inventory report, AMC monthly PR raised and Report, Yearly SLA Prepared for AMC & Approval, ERSA , Non ERSA & Project Identification verified Education: Diploma [Mechanical / Automobile / Production] Relevant /Total Experience: 4-7 Yrs.
