Maintenance - Passenger Car (Line Incharge) - Assembly (Diploma)

Major Roles Responsibilities : Maintenance Material - Inward movement to stores Identification of low stock items (Maintenance Materials) from Master list procuring those items Purchasing machine spares based on new equipment / new spec. up gradation in coordination with Planner Purchasing machine spares based on preventive maintenance schedule (TBM Campaign) coordination with Cell Leader Purchase request to be made as Per Requirement Purchase request hand over to purchase team with necessary documents For imported spares, Duty structure to be received from Traffic Customs in coordination with planner For imported spares, Technical Write up document to be submitted to Traffic Customs in co-ord planner Availability of same spares to be checked in all shop while making purchase request Reviewing of Min-Max setting in stock room master list highlighting the abnormalities to Head of Section Daily basis Stores Entry Issue updation Budget (RM, Consumable AMC) used Purchase request planning follow up in coordination with planner Getting section approval for purchase request based on the total value of the items GRIR (Goods Receipt Inspection Report) to be prepared for initiating payment clearance Checking of monthly stock monitoring Internal : Costing team audit coordination observations correction External : Third party audit coordination on yearly basis observations correction AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) - Low stock spare parts requirement follow up Coordination with M. E. team before during installation of machines Maintenance Material - Outward movement from stores Spares given to other shop to be monitored system updation accordingly Preparing Gate pass for sending out the material for service or other purpose Closure of Gate pass in system after receiving the material Making issue in SAP system for the used items for Irregular PM maintenance activities Creating work order in coordination with Cell Leader / Shift in charge Completion of work order in coordination with planner for budget related issues Conducting daily meeting with planner cell leader regarding material issue . Highlighting problems to Head of Section Reviewing of stores register on daily basis highlighting problems to Head of Section Checking Physical availability of existing stock after seeing stores issue note on daily basis Conducting monthly once stores self audit to check system adherence findings to be highlighted to Head of section for decision making Daily discussion with Cell leader to confirm the matching of shift work report Stores issue register Scrapping of removed material after confirmation with planner Tagging keeping of serviced Removed spares in separate location after confirmation with Cell Leader Maintaining register for serviced items its location Maintaining the register for project spares received through free of cost / WarrantyStock Room - Management Information System Preparation of stores - Master List on monthly basis Preparation on MM (Material Management) module report on monthly basis Quarterly inventory report made and discussed with Head of Section for Inventory reduction AMC monthly PR raised and Report to be maintained as Per SLA (Service level Acceptance) Yearly SLA Prepared for AMC and Got approval with HOD Handed over to purchase, Co ordination with AMC Vendors ERSA , Non ERSA Project Identification verifiedEducation : Diploma Automobile / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical(Paint)Relevant /Total Experience : 3- 5
