Job Description

2. Payroll Management

  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate payroll and attendance records.

3. Performance Management

  • Feedback Mechanisms: Facilitate regular performance reviews and constructive feedback sessions.

4. Employee Engagement

  • Engagement Activities: Plan and execute initiatives to boost employee morale and retention.
  • Employee Feedback: Conduct surveys to understand employee satisfaction and areas for improvement.
  • Team Building: Organize team-building activities, celebrations, and wellness programs.

5. Training and Development

  • Skill Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs for employees.
  • Learning Sessions: Organize workshops, leadership development programs, and technical training.
  • Evaluation: Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance results.

6. Industrial Relations (IR)

  • Conflict Resolution: Handle disputes and grievances effectively to ensure industrial harmony.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and maintain statutory records (Factories Act, Labor Welfare Act, etc.).

7. HR Policies and Compliance

  • Policy Formulation: Develop, implement, and update HR policies in line with business objectives.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to all labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Audits and Documentation: Maintain HR-related documentation and ensure readiness for audits.
